The WNAWI Experience
Unique Three-Phase Model

How it works
Phase One: This phase involves an interactive workshop facilitated on-site in a group setting. The duration and cost of the workshop are tailored to the specific size and needs of the company.
Phase Two: In this phase, we design and create a functional, on-site space that supports the practical application of the techniques learned in the workshop. The space is customized to encourage ongoing practices during the regular workday, taking into account employee needs, business culture, company budget, workforce size, and available space.
Phase Three: The final phase includes an on-site introduction to the newly created space for employees. This session serves as a refresher of the workshop’s key takeaways and ensures employees are equipped to make the most of the space for practical use.
